Cosma S.A. is a Polish company developing products at the intersection of pharmaceuticals, technology, and phytocannabinoids. We are building an integrated operating model – from research and production, through documentation and quality control, to distribution and cooperation with business partners.
Our foundations
We are an integrated company controlling the full value chain in the pharmaceutical market. We combine many years of experience with transparency, responding to the growing European demand for plant extracts.
Publicly traded company Our history dates back to 2015. Today, we are a dynamically growing entity listed on the NewConnect market (Ticker: COS), operating based on full transparency and corporate governance.
Status MAH (Marketing Authorisation Holder): We have successfully passed the certification processes. We have the authorizations to commercialize innovative medicinal products and pharmaceutical raw materials (OTC, RX).
In-house R&D capabilities: We are conducting advanced R&D work. We have an integrated production chain – from CO2 extraction to the packaging of our own brands (Cosma, Full Spectrum, Green Paw).
Medical environment and education: We work closely with doctors and pharmacists. We organize cyclical webinars and conferences, ensuring the highest patient safety and informed therapeutic decisions.
Our History
We are one of the first companies in Poland in the industry of hemp dietary supplements and pharmaceutical raw materials. We have a fully integrated production, supply, and distribution chain in this category.
Our company's history dates back to 2015. As a result of the merger of Cosma Group S.A. with Cosma Cannabis Sp. z o.o., which was formally completed in March 2023, Cosma S.A. was established. We are a dynamically growing entity listed on the NewConnect market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange (ticker: COS).
We currently focus on the production and import of products containing phytocannabinoids and other valuable plant phyto-compounds. Our solutions and raw materials are intended for use in the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, food, and veterinary industries.
The Management Board and Supervisory Board of Cosma S.A. are experts who have been successfully operating in the hemp market since 2018. Our headquarters are located in Warsaw at Plac Europejski. We have our own technological infrastructure and the expertise to independently produce plant extracts, process them, and package them to achieve the highest quality finished products.

We are dynamically developing the potential arising from the MAH status. In the coming years, we plan to cyclically introduce new, safe pharmaceutical raw materials and medicinal products to the market.
