Cosma S.A. is a publicly traded company in the healthcare sector, operating in European markets since 2017.
Scope of activity
We are focusing our efforts on recipe development and portfolio development under three brands: Cosma, Full Spectrum and Green Paw. We currently sell them in more than 1,000 outlets covering pharmacy, FMCG and pet chains. We plan to continuously develop and establish cooperation with more entities in the pharmaceutical and drugstore markets.
A very important element of our activity is cooperation with the medical and pharmaceutical community, carried out through the organization of meetings with our representatives and education on the use of cannabinoids, i.e. THC, CBD, CBG, CBN etc. in medicinal therapies. To this end, we organize, among other things, periodic webinars and conference meetings, to which we invite all interested parties.
We have successfully carried out internal organizational and certification work related to obtaining the status of a responsible entity (MAH - Market Authorization Holder), which allows us to commercialize medicinal products containing cannabinoids. This involves the cyclical launch of new pharmaceutical raw materials and drugs (OTC, RX) planned for the next few years. Together with our partners as MAH, we are working on the development of new innovative products.
We also conduct internal and external research and development (R&D) work in the areas of manufacturing new products and active substances. The results of the work are commercialized in private label or white label brands. We offer cooperation in the distribution of private labels, development of new products for private label customers and contract manufacturing.
Development plans
In 2025, we are planning to establish the Group's corporate structure, along with carrying out planned acquisitions. We also intend to develop our status as a Marketing Authorisation Holder (MAH), which allows for the commercialization of medicinal products.

Our story
Cosma SA, formerly known as Cosma Group S.A., is a developing company in the pharmaceutical, food, and cosmetic markets, with its history dating back to 2015.
The company's origins were associated with the „Vabun” brand, which changed its name to Cosma Group. In 2022, the merger with Cosma Cannabis Sp. z o. o. began, formally completed in March 2023, resulting in the merger of Cosma Group S.A. with Cosma Cannabis Sp. z o.o. under the name Cosma S.A. (ticker: COS) - an entity listed on the New Connect market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange. The Board of Directors and Supervisory Board of Cosma S.A. are mostly founders of Cosma Cannabis, which has been active in the cannabis market since 2018. The company is currently headquartered in Warsaw at Plac Europejski 1, floor 40.
We are one of the first companies in the hemp dietary supplements and pharmaceutical raw materials industry in Poland. We have an integrated production, supply and distribution chain in this category. We are currently focusing on manufacturing and importing products containing phytocannabinoids and other phyto plant compounds targeted for use in the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, food and veterinary industries.
