Regulations of the Cosma Joint Stock Company Website ("Regulations")

These Terms and Conditions set forth the rules for users to use the Cosma Joint Stock Company website available at: www.cosma.pl  (hereinafter referred to as the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of the following provisions, please stop using our Site immediately.

   • This website is owned by Cosma Joint Stock Company, based at. Plac Europejski 1 p. 40, 00-844 Warsaw, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register by the District Court for Kraków Śródmieście in Kraków, XI Economic Department of the National Court Register under KRS:0000559284, NIP: 9522137211, REGON: 36159749.
   • All copyrights and other intellectual property rights relating to the content of the Site, such as text, graphics, logos, photos, videos and other materials, are owned by Cosma Joint Stock Company or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
   •  It is prohibited to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or use any part of the Site without the prior written consent of Cosma Joint Stock Company.
2. Purpose of the Site:       
   
   • The Cosma Joint Stock Company website is for informational purposes and is intended for general users interested in Cosma Joint Stock Company's activities and offerings.
   • The information contained on the Site is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a commercial offer or legal, financial or investment advice.

   • After accepting the Terms and Conditions, you have the right to view, copy, print and distribute, without altering the content, the content of this Site, subject to Section 1(c). of these Regulations.
   • It is forbidden to take actions that may interfere with the functioning of the Site, violate its security or in any way harm Cosma Joint Stock Company or other users of the Site.
   • You are required to exercise due care and responsibility when using any interactive features of the Site, such as contact forms or comments.

6. Final Provisions:      
   
   • These Regulations are governed by Polish law.
   • In matters not covered by these Regulations, the provisions of generally applicable law shall apply, including in particular: Civil Code and the Law on Provision of Electronic Services.
   • Disputes arising from the use of the Site will be resolved by the competent common courts, in accordance with the provisions of the Code of Civil Procedure of November 17, 1964.
   • If any part of the Regulations is declared invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of the Regulations shall remain in effect.

These Regulations are effective as of 3.07.2023.
