The optimal dose of a medication should improve the patient's condition with minimal impact on cognitive function and the potential for euphoria. For this reason, the principle of „start low and go slow” should apply to dosing medical cannabis – meaning, start with small doses and gradually increase them.
2. Due to the method of drug administration, which is vaporization, it should be assumed that a single dose of the drug is one inhalation.
3. When determining the dose, the interval between subsequent inhalations should be approximately 15-20 minutes, which is due to the time it takes to reach maximum concentration.
After the dose escalation period, patients are recommended to continue using the achieved optimal dose without the need for intervals between inhalations.
5. The patient-specific dose is the lowest possible dose that produces the desired clinical effect (e.g., pain relief of 30% or more, significant improvement in daily functioning, improvement in quality of life), with the lowest acceptable side effect profile.

The preparation should be stored at a temperature not exceeding 25°C.
