Shake well before use. Take orally under the tongue 1-6 doses daily. Drink water after 1 minute. Do not exceed the daily dose. The package contains no less than 150 doses.

Information on the Effects of St. John's Wort Extract

St. John's wort extract may cause symptoms resembling sunburn. People with fair skin may experience more severe symptoms after exposure to intense sunlight. After a significant overdose, the patient should be protected from sunlight and other sources of UV light for 1–2 weeks. Taking the daily dose of St. John’s wort extract recommended by the Pharmacopeia—20 mg per 10 kg of body weight—should not cause sunburn-like symptoms upon exposure to sunlight. Nevertheless, direct exposure to sunlight is not recommended while using this product.
