    Green hemp seed oil containing omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids, valerian root extract, lemon balm herb extract; hemp phytonutrients, rosemary herb extract. 

    Shake well before use. Take orally under the tongue, 1–6 doses 30 minutes before bedtime. After 1 minute, follow with water. Do not exceed the daily dose. The package contains at least 150 doses.
