Ingredients

freeze-dried orange (Citrus sinensis L.) (17.5%), freeze-dried lemon (Citrus limon L.) (17.5%).

How to use and dosage

PREPARATION METHOD Place 1 teaspoon (5g) of dried herb in a mug and pour over 200ml of hot water (approx. 95°C/203°F). Steep covered for 7-10 minutes.

If you prefer a stronger brew, you can also prepare it with a ratio of 2 teaspoons of dried herbs to 200ml of water.
