dried and ground organic industrial hemp leaves (Cannabis sativa L.) (45%), freeze-dried raspberries (Rubus idaeus) (15%), dried (Myrtilli fructus) (15%), freeze-dried cherry (Prunus cerasus) (15%), hibiscus flower (Hibiscus sabdariffa) (10%).
PREPARATION METHOD Place 1 teaspoon (5g) of dried herb in a mug and pour over 200ml of hot water (approx. 95°C/203°F). Steep covered for 7-10 minutes.
If you prefer a stronger brew, you can also prepare it with a ratio of 2 teaspoons of dried herbs to 200ml of water.
