    1 drop delivers 0.13 mg of vitamin A and 2.20 mg of vitamin E. Recommended dosage:

    – Children over 7 years of age – 4 drops per day – Women over 18 years of age – 6 drops per day – Men over 18 years of age – 7 drops per day

    Shake well before use. Take sublingually.
