Buyer's withdrawal from the Agreement is limited. The consumer does not have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason if the Buyer has opened a sealed package of goods, which cannot be returned after opening due to health protection or hygiene reasons, in accordance with the provisions of the Act: Art. 38 of the Act of May 30, 2014, on Consumer Rights: The right of withdrawal from a contract concluded outside the business premises or at a distance does not apply to the consumer in relation to contracts: 5) in which the subject of performance is a thing delivered in sealed packaging, which cannot be returned after opening the packaging due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if the packaging was opened after delivery.

 

The buyer has 14 days to withdraw from the Agreement by sending to the address:

Cosma S.A., Bohaterów Września Street 6, 26-910 Magnuszew shipment containing the returned goods and an electronic message to info@cosma.store with the subject RETURN. In the body of the message, the Buyer should include a Statement of withdrawal from the distance contract. The statement must contain the following text:

1. “I hereby declare that in accordance with Article 27 of the Act of May 30, 2014, on Consumer Rights (Journal of Laws 2014, item 827), I withdraw from the sales agreement for the following goods:”
2. indication of goods subject to return by providing:
   1. product names,
   2. quantity of goods purchased,
   3. Dates of goods purchase,
   4. Goods pickup dates
3. Provide buyer's personal data
4. Indication of the bank account number to which the refund should be made

A copy of the electronically sent message must be attached to the shipment.
